Sanad Biswas do you explain please ,why did you black & white photographs? why the characters is slam people? is it related with dhaka art project? actually it is confusing because , when some foreigner from developed country come here they must go to slam, dirty river, polluted place for doing photograph! already you have done like them and done some ngo types photographs !
  • Art Can Eat He worked all over the world for “Homeless people, Elderly, Drag Queens, Doing Dreams”. This his Project— End hi explains it, why. It is kind of social activities as an artist. Hi fight for this. He is not coming here any type of NGO activities. It is social responsibilities that he felt by himself. This is how he used the Title – “what we contribute to the world, this is not his subject only, this area we need to do a lot, if you have any deferment Idea please share it, and explain it why. We every one has our own perspective. Why you offended someone stopping his practice, batter you should do something hat you feel right…

  • Sanad Biswas to art can eat & EMRAN SOHEL who offend? i did’nt see any offend.i threw some small question?some link is not solution ?this is a new question.how do you define they are homeless ? the slam people rent some room or footpath area in our city from local dictators or terrorist .this is true that, their living standard is bellow.if the are homeless now the question is ,why they homeless?
  • Martijn Crowe Sanad Biswas If you call my work NGO types photography, you do not understand it and yes the way you put that is offending… of course you have the right to do so, but why should you, it only stops the conversation and starts fighting…. also that is allowed, but i am no fighter, than I would have gone and work in the army. So if you have any question please let us know, that is if you are interested, if you only pose questions, to fight, there is no conversation and it will stop.
  • Sanad Biswas ALSO I AM NOT THE FIGHTER OR A ARMY MAN AND NOT FIGHTING.ALL TIME I AM A STUDENT AND I DID A QUESTION TO ALL.SPECIALLY TO YOU .BECAUSE YOU HAVE STARTED .PLEASE , DON’NT MISUNDERSTAND ME . IT IS CONVERSATION, NOT FIGHT. JUST SOME QUESTION AND LOGIC.I DID QUESTION .BUT NOW I AM TOTALLY CONFUSED THAT ,WHAT IS QUESTION AND WHAT OS NOT.DO YOU ELABORATE WHAT TYPES OF QUESTION WE SHOULD ASK. I SHARED SOME EXPERIENCES . MAY BE I DID’NT UNDERSTAND YOUR HIGH THOUGHT .BUT REALLY FRIEND I AM VERY MUCH INTERESTED TO JOIN IN CONVERSATION.DON’T PUSH ME OUT.

  • Dhiman Sarkar well, i’m watching that an unfortunate cold war is going to start in this way… personally I have surely no complain about the concept and artistic approach of Martijn …I can feel the faketory project is running being pursued by the urge of social commitment of society’s privileged groups.. may be the overall plan is to arise questions about the imbalanced as well tormenting situations of the system which lie underneath some mischievous propaganda; for which rich remains rich and poor remains poor. But it is not blur to anybody that the power holder existing system is the creator of these propaganda through their nasty politics, brainwashing corporate media as if everything happening around us is just okay…yes, being conscious people we will not remain numb and start questioning to contribute..but to end up these injustice it won’t be enough to arise some questions or doing some artworks for proving us committed … we have to be determined to strike the autocratic rules -the imperialistic or cultural domination happening all over the globe by this capitalist system… sorry, may be it sounds leftist, but to me there is no other way to stop if we don’t raise our voice against these… sorry, i have thrown too much common leftist dialogues but to me social commitment is not just philanthropy, but the obvious duty and sheer stunt of activism… and thus i believe on artworks’ power to strike, to shake and to change… rather than it’s approach of impartial social commentary… well, these all are my personal notions….now I’m asking to Faketory that how precise it’s attempt to signify the goal to attack these explicitly political issues which are deeply penetrated to the soul of the society???
  • Martijn Crowe Ok, Sanad Biswas, you are young, so in the area of what you provoke with how you say things there is always something to learn. The how is as important as what you say en moreover who is saying this. This interconnection of who, what and how, causes the effect of your communication. If a student says to the teacher: leave the room, the student goes, but when the student uses the same words to teh teacher…. still the student goes…..To understand the photos, Sanad please read the text on the Dhaka project website, and see the website I have on Homeless of the world… which I consider as normal people under the wrong circumstances…

  • Martijn Crowe The point is, I am doing a different approach of what you are used to, proposing you a different way. If you want to stay with your own way, and start to impose that on me, like saying… lets do the subject first and so on.. than there is a way of leaSee More

  • Martijn Crowe Dhiman Sarkar, If I may reflect on your contribution: this is an interesting point of view. I would only propose to understand what is going on in the world based on how humans interact with each other, how is it possible that since the first man on eaSee More
  • Martijn Crowe These are reificated preconceited rhetorics, that make people fight and stop them from reflecting on themselves and on stop them form communicating…. saying this I dont deny there is cruel, bad and selfish behaviour, but these are equaly devided over the rich and the poor.. and by doing something cruel, you dont become a cruel person…
